I would describe my professional life as diverse, educational, intercultural and meaningful.

My academic life in Sarajevo, right after the Bosnian War, was already very diverse due to a double degree in Oriental Studies and Business Administration; study trips to Egypt, Tunisia, and Turkey allowed for profound intercultural experiences. My subsequent migration from Bosnia to Vienna was not only a change of location to Austria but also a journey of identity. As a mother of a daughter and a son, this journey continues today in an instructive way.

My many years of work as a counsellor in the social sector brought me many stressful and sad hours, but also an incredible amount of joy as well as the worldly wisdom that people are survival specialists. It is precisely this work that has made me an attentive listener and solution-oriented companion.

For me, coaching is akin to exploring a map: sometimes we quickly find our way around; sometimes we need a compass, and very often, we discover much more than we had previously realised. And those discoveries can even be fun!
